Driven by the desire to make a difference Chipo spent 5 years of her career working in remote Central Australia for a non-government organisation providing health services to disadvantaged and vulnerable Aboriginal people.

Always willing to go the extra mile and challenging status quo comes naturally to Chipo given the challenging experiences she overcome while growing up in Zimbabwe.

She believes hard work, resilience and giving back to the community is the key to a successful life.

Chipo has a Masters Degree in Commerce and post graduate qualifications in Governance and Risk Management. She has lived in Australia for over 15 years where she studied and started her career.

Gamu has always had a heart for working with children and has been involved with some volunteering initiatives for vulnerable and disadvantaged children in Zimbabwe and South Africa.

She feels there is a lot to be done in order to provide decent health care facilities to every child in remote communities.

Since she has worked for several years in the construction industry in management positions as a cost consultant her exposure to health care projects will contribute in the vision of CT Life foundation.

Tino and his wife Carol live in Harare Zimbabwe together with their two children Maya and Matthew. He often travels to South Africa and has spent some time in Kenya and Uganda.

Growing up in Masvingo, living and visiting ghettos where some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children live, Tino is a salt of the earth kind of a Director who is always ready to roll up his sleeves and help others. His dream is to see disadvantaged children with chronic diseases from remote communities have access to world class health services.

Tino has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and works for a multinational engineering organisation that has offices in Southern Africa.

Victor’s passion for music and arts led him to South Africa where he spent some time building relationships and broadening his community engagement skills. He loves people, is a natural communicator and spends his spare time teaching music.

Victor believes mental health for vulnerable and disadvantaged children is very important and as a Director he heavily invests in this area through his music and art.

He is also a motivational speaker and loves travelling.

Victor has a Bachelors Degree in Health and Safety and worked as a Safety Manager in Johannesburg and Harare.

She is an artist, loves travelling and meeting new people. Has skills as a hairdresser enables her to engage with people from all walks of life in the community, listening to their stories and needs
